Recruiters Alliance Terms

Our concept is simple and straight forward.

• Ethics: Recruiters must act in an ethical manner. Companies and recruiters failing to abide by a high code of ethics will be permanently removed from Recruiters Alliance.

• Posting and Receiving Splits: Post and receiving job orders and candidates for splits. It is recommend once recruiting agencies start working together to have an agreement between parties outlining the split arrangement. There should be an understanding on the following: duties, split percentages, payment information, refund policies, etc. It is also recommended to have a 50/50 split fee structure.

• Disputes: Recruiters Alliance is not responsible or liable for any disputes, damages, hardships, wrong doings, or negligence between any members in the Alliance. Recruiters Alliance is a platform for recruiting splits and is designed to be an informative site.  Disputes must be settled between parties. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved both parties will be permanently removed from the Alliance.
  
• Membership Fees: Our membership is an annual fee that is non refundable. By setting up a subscription in PayPal.com you are authorizing to automatically renew your subscription on an annually basis. Membership can be canceled at anytime by canceling the subscription through paypal.com. No full or partial refunds will be issued after payment is received.
