What is Recruiters Alliance? Recruiters Alliance is a professional online network for third party recruiters and employment agencies. Our members consist of retained, contingency, contract and temporary staffing agencies in US and Canada. Our system allows recruiters to share job orders and candidates to maximize their recruiting opportunities. The sharing is commonly called a "split". A split is where Recruiter A shares a job order and Recruiter B finds the candidate. When the placement occurs they "split" the fee. Traditionally - 50/50. How Does Recruiters Alliance Work? Recruiters Alliance focuses on several industries for splits in the US and Canada. The following industries are active in splits; Sales/Marketing, Technology/Computer, Medical/Dental, Executive, Engineering, HR, Finance/Accounting/Insurance, and Legal After joining Recruiters Alliance, you will subscribe to the appropriate industry split list(s). Our system operates on listservs or lists. Once subscribed to the list you will receive all job order/resume splits via email. To send a split opportunity you simply post the split on our website. This is a very effective way to receive fresh job orders and candidates. What are the costs involved? Recruiters Alliance has a low annual membership fee. You can subscribe to as many split lists as you would like. (Sales/Marketing, Technology/Computer, Medical/Dental, Executive, Engineering, HR, Finance/Accounting/Insurance, and Legal) No other charges will be incurred. We DO NOT charge a percentage when a successful split occurs. Everyone always asks how we can operate on such a low annual fee. We make it up in volume, meaning we have thousands of recruiters as members and we supplement the costs with advertising on the site. Is my Membership valid for a calendar year or 12 months? A Recruiters Alliance membership is valid for 12 months from the date of signup. So if you register on June 1 your membership will run until the following June. Can I find out who the members are and if there are recruiters in my area? Our membership consists of over 4500 recruiters. Our membership spreads across these industries; Sales/Marketing, Technology/Computer, Medical/Dental, Executive, Engineering, HR, Finance/Accounting/Insurance, and Legal. At this point we have a partial public membership database. Many recruiters want to know who the local recruiters are in our membership. For example, we will be asked - I recruit in Seattle, who are your members in Seattle? It is very difficult to determine how many recruiters recruit in your area. Keep in mind most recruiters recruit on a national/regional level. A recruiter might not be physically located in Seattle but has job orders/candidates in Seattle. In mid 2002, we started a Recruiters Directory that incorporates our members database. (Not all members have added themselves) Search a portion of our members at Recruiters Directory ->>>. How many recruiters in my office can use a membership? A membership is good for one office. So multiple recruiters can use our site, post and receive splits. If you have more than one location each location must register. Please contact us for multiple office pricing. What industries are active in splits? These industries are active in our network.
